Arrival

for the Chinese participants

Toulouse airport (TLS) is located  in Blagnac, 8 km at the North-East of Toulouse downtown.

The participants arriving on Sunday 12th  will be received at the airport and escorted to the hotel by the airport shuttle.

Please indicate us your flight number and arrival time. In the case of delay, please sned us a message.

Participants arriving before of after Sunday should join the hotel by their own, following the instructions given below.

coming by train

The railway station of Toulouse (Matabiau) is at walking distance from the hotel (1000 m).

coming by plane

Toulouse airport (TLS) is located  in Blagnac, 8 km at the North-East of Toulouse downtown.

You may join downtown,

• by airport shuttle. The ticket costs 8 euros, get of at the stop 'Jeanne d'Arc" which lies  400 m from the hotel.
  
• by tramway. A one way fare costs 1.70 euros. Get off in 'Arènes', then take metro A untill stop 'Jean Jaurès' which lies 200 m from the hotel.
  
• to go directly to the workshop location, get off at station 'Esquirol', and walk 100 m.
  

Hotel de France

All participants are lodged at Hôtel  de France. It is located close to Place Wilson, 5 rue d'Austerlitz,  in Toulouse. The rooms are registered after your name and are paid by the  workshop organizers.

A welcome buffet will be served there on Sunday from 7 pm.

Breakfasts will be provided by the  hotel.

Conference room

The workshop will take place in  Clémence Isaure room,  situated in Hotel d'Assezat,  Place d'Assezat, within 15 mn walk from Hotel de France.

Enter through the beautiful Renaissance gate in the courtyard, do accross the courtyard. The conference room is opposite to the entrance gate.
